The existing residence was built in the 1970's, and as was common of that era, the master suite was quite small with no amenities of a modern day design. A 300 sq. ft. addition was added and the existing master suite demolished to create the new desired layout. The new master suite includes a 275 sq. ft. sleeping area, full master bath with a large, open-style (no doors) shower enclosure, large walk-in closet, and a quiet sitting room highlited by a large window providing a view of the newly landscaped rear yard.. New french sliding doors were added to provide direct access to the rear yard. The ceilings of the new master suite are 10'-0" where the existing residence has an 8'-0" ceiling height throughout to further enhance the size and open aspect of the room. The result is a luxuious, spacious master bedroom compliementary to the lifestyle of the owners.
