Location: Scripps Ranch community of San Diego, California.

Project Description: Completed January, 2006

The project is located in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego, CA. The scope was to add a 2 story addition to the existing residence built in the early 1990's. The existing residence was recently remodeled and modernized, but the desire was to add an additional in-home office, home theater and drasticly enlarge an existing second floor bedroom. A new second floor deck was added, providing direct access from 3 of 4 second floor bedrooms, including the master suite.
