Located near the Del Mar Lagoon and Torrey Pines State Beach, this residence built in the 1970's hadn't been improved upon since it's original construction. As such, the interior was quite dated and consistent with 1970's style homes. Essentially, the entire interior was to be remodeled and updated utilizing modern materials, finishes, appliances & fixtures. Improvements were made to the floorplan to provide for a larger and open style kitchen, dining and living room. Unobstructed nteraction of the spaces was greatly desired.

A new vaulted ceiling patio cover was added at the rear of the residence to allow for outdoor living, which was previously non-existant. The tile flooring used in the kitchen, dining and living room is also used on the outdoor patio, so as to provide a consistent flow from the indoors to outdoor spaces.
