Location: University City community of San Diego, California.

Project Description: Completed February, 2007

The project is located in the University City area of San Diego. The scope of the project was to add 800 sq. ft. to the rear of the home, creating a new, significantly larger master suite compelete with a large walk-in shower enclosure, jacuzzi tub with tile surround, walk-in closet and a private water closet. Additionally, 2 new bedrooms are created by reconfiguring the existing rear portion of the residence. Each new bedroom has its own full bathroom facilities. All ceilings of the addition are vaulted to exploit the "open design" complimentary to the Southwest style of the existing residence. The kitchen was enlarged to add a dining nook, and large french doors to providing direct access to the rear yard.
