Located just blocks from the Ocean, the owner wished to create an opportunity to take advantage of an ocean view. The scope of the project is to demolish an existing detached 2 car garage built in the 1950's, and rebuild a new 3 car garage on the ground floor, along with a 2 bedroom dwelling unit on the second floor. The desire was to maximize the zoning of the property to obtain additional dwelling units. A 400 sq. ft. roof deck provides a view towards the ocean and provides a large space for outdoor living.
